Delivery time
Delivered within 48 hours on working days, if in stock and ordered before 12 noon (on a working day). The delivery time may differ on weekends and holidays.

Shipping costs
The shipping costs within the Netherlands are € 5.95. For Belgium and Germany the shipping costs are € 8.95. Free shipping from € 100 for the Netherlands and from € 150 for Belgium and Germany.

Can my order be delivered elsewhere?
Yes that is possible. You can specify a different delivery address. Your order will then be delivered to the delivery address of your choice. You will then receive the invoice at the invoice address you provided.

How can I return a product?

Costs return / exchange
